After a long few days we managed to clear the existing patio and level the garden.
A curved brick wall flowerbed at one end of the garden. Raise the patio giving it a step down with a brick face. The team worked hard to get this done in time for Easter!

The existing balcony had 2 levels, one of which left the balcony edge less than a metre. As this was dangerous we removed existing old rotting decking, levelled the decking to a lower, safer level and kept the same level throughout. Decking complete!
